CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Hey love! I completely understand that things can come up—we’re all human. I just ask for a little heads up so I can continue offering the best service possible to everyone. Here’s how it works: • If you cancel or reschedule the day before your appointment, a 50% service fee will apply. • Same-day changes will be charged 100% of the service since that time was reserved just for you. • No-shows will be charged 100% and may affect your ability to book in the future. You have a 10-minute grace period if you’re running late, but after that, your appointment may need to be canceled and treated as a no-show. If anything comes up, just shoot me an email as soon as you can—communication is always appreciated and helps me better serve everyone.
