CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Hey lovely! 💕 Your appointment is reserved just for you. To keep things fair for everyone: •Any cancels, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hrs will be charged 100% of the service cost. •Deposits are required for facials. Deposits are applied to your service balance but are non-refundable if you cancel late or no-show. •Smaller services (brazilian,brows, lash,underarms, etc.) do not require deposits. •A 10-min grace period is allowed if you’re running late. After that, your appointment may be marked as a no-show.
